The coherence between the project suppliers was a new phenomena for Croon M&O.The project management profession at Croon M&O deeded to be improved. Hans helped the management to change the attitude and MTT for controlling complex projects.

The turmoil in the financial markets forced Fortis to change their strategy and the Leadership Program. The program stopped in November 2008 after the Belgium and Dutch government split the 2 companies again.
