The sales director Flamco Belux is responsible for the sales, service and commercial activities in Belgium and Luxembourg, in domestic, industrial and utility sector. Direct responsibility of the profit and loss account for Flamco Belux.Responsible for the local sales strategy.Preparation of the annual sales budget (to be approved by the board).Developoment of relationships with consultant engineers, contractors, installer and distributors.Leading the local sales team of 9 people (sales of Flamco, Meibes and Simplex products).Reporting to the Managing Director of the Flamco Group and member of the sales management team, market innovation team and Flamco technology platform team.Defend and extend position of market leader, local price setting of all products, creation and implementation of marketing plans. Ensuring sales and margin development.Supervision of exhibition participations and other promotional events and trainings.Close co-operation with all other departments of Flamco Netherlands (product management, IT, HR, marketing, customer services, logistics, ...)
