As Engineer, Project Manager and Team Manager, acting in an industrial and technical work environment with more than 25 year experience, I like to focus on internal (business) processes, people management and providing them with the right tools. This can go from a small local to an international company like I’ve been working for throughout my career.I like to analyze and solve creatively complex problems and opportunities, always with the goal to increase customer value and increase organizational efficiencies, keeping in mind employee satisfaction. I also like working on innovative business processes and will take the initiative to introduce and implement them. Developing efficient project plans, roll them out and meet goals, deadlines and budgets are in my DNA. Working hard and autonomous is in my nature. I am loyal to the organization and to its people. I can deal with senior corporate management as well as people on the shop floor. I use a coaching management style where people can grow and develop themselves.
