Experienced facilitators with expertise on the theme of the game. As an organization you can hire these partners.You can also facilitate a game yourself. I teach you how to do this through a Train-the-Trainer program. You will receive all the material you need and an extensive manual for you as a facilitator.WHY DO I OFFER BUSINESS GAMES?Experiential learning. That is the common thread in my career. Because I'm like that myself. I learn best by doing. When I discovered that this applies to many more people, I made it my job.I have been developing business games since 2005. And have now played it hundreds of times as part of change programs and training with companies and institutions. As a change manager at Douwe Egberts, I was introduced to live business games at the time. How cool that was! So much energy and what an effect. The director did not have to explain why the change was so important - employees came to that conclusion themselves.The games are now played all over the world by trainers and consultants.
