• Central Retail: Merchandiser: Central Retail is the leading retail group, owning a network of leading supermarkets, brands, stores,, shopping centers and online multi-channel.My responsibilities:
• Manage large portfolio of current Running brands and release new brands, which present 37.22% contribution.
• Allocation & Capacity: - Weekly replenishment for 14 stores. Rolling out opening pack for new season/shipment and campaign. Recall over capacity and broken size goods. Decreased the Broken size from 16.1% to 9.1%..
• Campaign/Collection management: Ensure having all items for the campaign ready at the stores for launching day. Work with VM team for display plan.
• Shipment management: Coordinate with Logs, Warehouse Team to provide product info, labeling, internal PO, shipment info. For defective items, input info to the claim list and work with supplier to find solution.
• Supplier and product management: Work with supplier for delivery plan to match with campaign launching date. For import product, combine FOB cost, VAT and logistics cost to suggest Retail price which maintain healthy GP.
