Central Retail: Merchandiser: Central Retail is the leading retail group, owning a network of leading supermarkets, brands, stores, , shopping centers and online multi-channel.My responsibilities:• Manage large portfolio of current Running brands and release new brands, which present 37.22% contribution.• Allocation & Capacity: - Weekly replenishment for 14 stores. Rolling out opening pack for new season/shipment and campaign. Recall over capacity and broken size goods. Decreased the Broken size from 16.1% to 9.1%.- Monitor available stock for VM displays, store capacity with fixtures and gondola and also with campaign booth.• Campaign/Collection management: Ensure having all items for the campaign ready at the stores for launching day. Work with VM team for display plan.• Shipment management: Coordinate with Logs, Warehouse Team to provide product info, labeling, internal PO, shipment info. For defective items, input info to the claim list and work with supplier to find solution.• Supplier and product management: Work with supplier for delivery plan to match with campaign launching date. For import product, combine FOB cost, VAT and logistics cost to suggest Retail price which maintain healthy GP. • Analyzing sell thru level by Online and Offline Sales with Stock on hand level weekly and Top/Bottom selling SKUs.• Forecast Outbound volume for upcoming months based on last month’s number, promotion scheme and selling season.

As a Purchase Officer for textile and raw matterial of garment making, my working tasks mainly refer to:- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms- Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the contracts of purchase- Guarantee product quality are match with required quality standard (ISO, AATCC Standard )- Partner with Direct Manager and Sales Department to identify and develop new textile material that are up to date with current market's trends and company's objectives.- Calculate and prepare raw matterials for sampling of FOB garment production line (ribs, yarn, zippers, buttons, packaging...etc)- Co-ordinate with Accountants Department and QC Department for solving hand-on relevant matter refer to bulk production and quality inspection.
