As a Level 1 CADS certified Adaptive Ski Instructor, I am dedicated to assisting learners with disabilities in experiencing the joy and freedom of skiing. I work with learners with cognitive impairments, visual impairments and those who require special equipment such as Sit Ski or 3-4 track. Set up a Strategy and Advisory practice for ANZ in the Consulting business unit. Ensured that profit objectives, sales revenue targets, utilisation and revenue goals were met for my team.

I assist Triathlon Victoria with member experience (CX) and Technical Official experience. Host workshops and define member journey mapping. Provide ongoing feedback on membership and technical official engagement through the season.

My role as Managing Director comprises of two key focal areas: • Customer Experience Transformation, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Account and Delivery Management including being the Scrum Master for the agency• Agency Management (HR, COO, CIO and CFO) and Business Development.

At Digicon I was responsible for the solutions development and delivery to all clients. Projects were developed using open source (DotNetNuke) and commercial (Sitecore) platforms. Four years later the team became part of Deloitte Digital.

Delivered business consultancy to Sunshine Coast Innovation Centre based start-ups and other local businesses, including a Queensland Government owned regional power plant.

CMG merged with Logica in 2002. LogicaCMG is a major European management consulting and software development firm. Successfully doubled my teams to a size of 100 consultants, first in the Telecommunications division (Management Consulting), and later in the Trade, Transport and Industry division (Software Development and Managed Services).

My first assignment was on a global stage, as our client KPN Telecom was part of the consortium that launched the Amsterdam ArenA stadium. Program Manager for the teams that created the entrance management and cashless payments system, which we finished on budget and ahead of schedule.

Started as a software engineer and quickly moved up the ranks via technical and functional specifications to product management. Main project was the design, development and product management of a workflow management solution that was used by local governments and the Dutch Central Bank.
