𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:- Search candidates and screen CVs for both IT technical (Frontend Engineer, QC Engineer, Fullstack Engineer, Product Manager, Expat) and non-technical industry (Junior/Fresher roles, Business Development, Expat).- Being the main person in charge of Junior/Fresher recruitment.- Proactively searching for candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, websites, etc.).- Conduct interviews for self and hiring managers with full-cycle recruiting.- Prepare JD, design and post job advertisements (content and image).- Input CVs in self’s database on Airtable and use Trello to follow up the tasks. 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧:- Be responsible for new member's journey.- Input application information into the HR system and storage.- Finalize paperwork and handing over to the C&B department at the end of each month.𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠:- Support and participate in various internal events, such as Tet - Gieo Que Dau Nam, Company Trip and Year-End Party. - Conduct ideas, film and edit TikTok videos (reaching over 1000 views).- Support translating content for the new recruiting website.Other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
