I have been associated with military aircraft LCA Tejas in my first job at Aeronautical Development Agency MoD (ADA) which has provided me with strong foundation of fundamentals of interdisciplinary design of complex systems which are controlled with closed loop system architecture.I have experience in aircraft sub-systems such as engine power plant, secondary power system, hydraulics system, fuel system and aircrew escape system.I learned that use of human factors engineering in the early stages of the design is paramount for any design to be successful and I am well versed with military standards for ergonomic analysis using Creo and Catia softwares.I am well versed in, 1. Kinematic and dynamic motion analysis of any mechanical assemblies using Creo.2. Performing basic vibration analysis, stress analysis and fatigue analysis of mechanical components.3. Reading and interpreting electrical interconnect diagrams and in generating 3D cable routing using Creo.4. Analyzing hydraulic system, fuel system, ejection seat piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID's) and in generating the same in Creo using piping workbench.5. Use of Mathcad software to perform mechanical design calculations on sizing of components and use the same to create digital mock-up in Creo6. Performing parametric analysis on feasibility, sensitivity and optimization analysis using Creo and Catia.7. Use of structural design workbench of Creo and Catia for creation of structural frame for any product intended.8. Creating sheet metal enclosure designs.9. Use of NC Turn/Mill modules of Creo and Catia for generating NC codes for manufacturing.10. Working with blow molding cavity, injection molding cavity design and performing analysis to estimate optimum location of runner in the injection molding using Creo.
