Monthly inventory maintain4. Take customer schedule from marketing department5. Prepare stock status of the press component as per schedule6. Make manpower plan and their shift 7. Check Availability of RM and semi finish goods as per Schedule8. Take tool status From Tool Department and update their history card record9. Prepare press plan on that stock and tool status10. Responsible for rejection and defect monitoring and find the root cause of problem11. Identify repetitive minor stoppages of Quality on press line implement corrective actions12. Maintain machine and tool breakdown record for analyse of breakdown time12. Monitoring press plan vs excuation as per schedule13. Calculate OEE of the press shop in weekly and monthly14. Give awerance of customer complain to the operator. Maintaint it’s record15. Identify repetitive minor stoppages of Quality on press line implement corrective actions16. Maintaining daily Production confirmation in SAP based on actual production.17. Take Monthly physical inventory And cross check with sap stock

Currently I am working in tata motors as a BIW representative at FIAT, to attend issues and resolve with optimum solutions.2.Attend daily DWM meeting with FIAT team, share action taken in TML and supplier end with ICA &PCA3. Rectify BIW releted hold vehicles at fiat body shop, paint shop & assembly shop.& Before joining of TATA motors I joined Bajaj auto Ltd waluj as a production line engineer on engine assembly shop. 1. To resolve fitment issues online itself without any line loss.2. Maintain check sheets for all models.3. Maintain 5s activities on shop floor.
