• End to end payroll processing. • Currently handling 5000+ employee’s payroll with 3 resource. • Client interaction regarding payroll inputs. • Maintaining payroll information by directing the calculation, and entering of data. • Updates payroll records by reviewing changes in tax exemption, salary deduction and job titles And department/divisions/transfers/appraisal. • Preparing management reports (statutory, manpower, Payslip, Tax sheet, etc) by compiling Summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave balance, and non -taxable earnings. • Preparing full n Final (F & F) settlement reports &Emp ensuring accuracy as per updated labour laws. • Managing monthly statutory compliance activities for all client companies. • Preparing data for quarterly ETDS Returns. • Responsible for annual payroll activities like issue of Form 16. • Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies. • Provides payroll information by answering queries and requests. • Responsible for timely query resolution regarding salary calculations, Tax deductions, etc. • Ensures timely issue of pay slip, tax sheets, efficiency reports, statutory reports to client side. • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information Confidential. • Having experience for Migration process for new client, also process live payroll for them. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Run weekly team meeting and including setting agenda• Recommended approval of leave• Absence management • Work with payroll compliance specialists and payroll services manger to set staff development objectives and ensure payroll team are relieved to participate in training and development activities.• Escalate performance and behaviour issue to payroll manager.
