I have been working along a diverse, multicultural team as a global support team (GST) B2C Creative Designer and succeeded to produced 20 Instagram feed posters, which contributed to 110.000 accounts reached and 10.500 accounts engaged of @aiesecglobal’s Instagram channel and led the design inspirations for AIESEC’s local entity.

As the Chief Marketing Officer for an education and finance start-up (Pramulatih), by using an editorial strategy and social media marketing, in our first quarter, I developed social media engagement significantly by:• Increasing Instagram followers by 145%• Increasing 51.3% Instagram profile visitor • Published 50+ Instagram posts• Growing Youtube subscribers from 0 to 445• Undertake 2 virtual talk shows with a total of 792 applicants

Becoming an entity support team (EST), Marketing Specialist had me to:• Coaching and tracking of 5 Local Head of Marketing Departments through a total of 20 monthly touchpoints meetings• Analyzed local committee’s performance and improved local CR%• Co-create strategies to ensure goal achievement• Preparing and delivering educational materials for the commission• Creating a bi-weekly report template about the current state of the local commission for better communication with the National Marketing Manager

My responsibility as a national support team (NST) Creative Marketing Specialist succeeded to produced 91 Instagram feeds posters, which contributed to 1.784.740 impressions on @aiesecindonesia’s Instagram channel.

Viral Marketing 101 course taught knowledge and experiences to the student about how to establish creative content to marketing product/idea/service/event on social media through project learning basis.
