With a diverse and comprehensive background spanning over equity derivatives, book publishing, digital services, and law, my career has been fueled by continuous innovation, creativity and resourcefulness.Starting my journey in equity derivative settlement and distribution with SBC / SBC Warburg / SBC Warburg Dillon Read / UBS, I served in key locations including Zurich, Hong Kong, and Jakarta for seven impactful years.In 2000, I launched Equinox Publishing Indonesia, initially intending to publish a single self-authored book. However, I soon found myself captivated by the business aspect of publishing, shifting my focus from writing to publishing books centered around Indonesia. Equinox Publishing quickly rose to become the largest English-language publisher of books on Indonesia with over 150 titles.In the digital space, I founded Equinox Digital Music Distribution in 2004, and Equinox Application Development in 2008, focusing on iPhone and Android platforms. Expanding the portfolio, I established Equinox Networks in 2012 as an authorized reseller of Google Workspace productivity tools.After 25 years of international experience, I returned to the US in 2016 and launched Hanusz Publishing LLC in 2018. The company focuses on a blend of my previous endeavors including book design, publishing, and web/app development.In 2017, I joined Aloha Immigration Honolulu as a paralegal and earned AILA's paralegal certification in 2018. My career took an academic turn in 2019 when I enrolled in the University of Toledo's College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2023 with a Certificate of Concentration in Criminal Law with Distinction.On May 8, 2023, I embarked on an exciting new journey with the Lucas County Prosecutor's Office's Criminal Division as a Certified Legal Intern, and on November 13, 2023 I was sworn in as an attorney-at-law by Judge Dean Mandros and assistant prosecuting attorney by Lucas County Prosecuting Attorney Julia Bates.
