I am a founding partner of Perspectivity Enterprise. This partnership of consultants provides professional services to guide communities and organisations towards inspired dialogue and self-reflective learning. For the love of complexity. Examples of my projects are: With Hivos I facilitated a workshop on sustainable activism for 30 women’s rights partner organisations of the Women on the Frontline programme in the MENA region. Topics: dealing with chronic stress, dialogue and polarisation and human security (2015).With Amnesty International I was project leader for a whole system development process (100 employees) after a reorganisation. This process was guided by a steering group composed of staff from all layers of the organization (2015). In Nigeria I co- designed a course with the Inter-Faith Activity and Partnership for Peace [IFAPP] organisation for 15 facilitators. The IFAPP representatives will facilitate a dialogue between different faith groups in Nigeria and also trained 15 new trainers (2013-2014).In the Democratic Republic Congo I facilitated for Cordaid a 3 days’ workshop with 55 local women, civil society, knowledge institutions and government on priorities of women for peace and security . This was a workshop in the context of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325. (2014)For Christian Aid I designed and delivered two training of trainers courses on gender and security of HR staff of Christian Aid worldwide (24 staff trained). Design and facilitation of training courses related to advocacy for DPO's and management of organisations.

For the Arab Network of Women Peace and Security [ANWPS] and UN Women I designed and facilitated a workshop with 25 leading women on women’s rights from 13 countries in the MENA region in June 2015. The objective was to provide input to the Global Study to review the achievement of the objectives set out in the UN Security Council Resolution [UNSCR] 1325. In 2014 I designed and facilitated training courses for national and international staff of UNMISS (UN mission in South Soudan) on mediation and negotiation.Since 2012 I work with the Human Rights Capacity-Building Programme of Amnesty international the Netherlands. In partnership with Amnesty International we trained a new pool of 20 African trainers. Amnesty trained them on monitoring and documenting human rights violations and I trained them how to train others on this crucial topic. I designed their new training of trainers manuals in 2013 – 2014I reviewed their facilitators guide on documenting and monitoring human rights violations in 2014I facilitated a design workshop for a Economic and Social Rights course 2013I accompanied the management team of the municipality of Schagen with Appreciative Inquiry during 6 months in 2014For the department Policy and Strategy of the Province of Gelderland I co-developed a Learning and development trajectory from 2009 – 2010 (€120k). I co developed the training Vitality and Fun in times of change. Coping with changes and unexpected situations requires flexibility, creativity, competence and confidence to deal with a complex changing world. What do you need to optimize your inner strength? For MDF I trained and facilitated many trainings and projects. Examples of my training experience are: - I co-designed the Group Facilitation courses and trained over 300 professionals.- I designed the Training of Trainer courses and trained over 500 professionals. - In the organisation I became leading expert in the Appreciative Inquiry approach. Examples of my facilitation experience are: - In 2008 I was the lead facilitator of an Interactive dialogue between the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Dutch civil society organisations (€150k).- I designed and facilitated several large scale interventions at Cordaid (2009), World Population Foundation (2008 - 2009), OXFAM Novib (2005) and CARE international (2005) together with their partners from around the globe with approaches as Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space and Worldcafé to make optimal use of the ideas and experiences of the people concerned. The Budgets are 10-20 K each.Over the years with MDF I became a seasoned facilitator, trainer and coach with creative approaches to make learning and facilitation both challenging and fun.
