Manage full cycle recruiting for niche roles -Applied/Research/Data Scientist, Science Manager (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Speech, ASR) within Alexa Science/AI/Speech. - Own most Science openings 50+ reqs end to end within Alexa AI/Speech, as well as supporting some science openings under Devices/Lab 126. - Work closely with sourcers and hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs, develop and execute comprehensive/innovative sourcing plans for hard to fill science positions. - Manage candidate pipeline activity and lead regular sync up meeting with hiring manager and senior leadership about recruiting progress. - Prepare, present, negotiate, and close competitive job offers, partnering with hiring managers, HR BPs, and compensation when appropriate.- Exceed recruiter metrics expectations and successfully fill FY2020, FY2021 and FY2022 science hiring needs for Alexa AI/Speech.- Act as an advocate for both hiring team and candidate throughout the hiring process- Build and maintain strong partnership with internal clients, including senior leadership, hiring manager, HRBP and Compensation. - Coach and guide new hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies and tools.
