Assistant Manager / Testing Specialist

• Working as a trainer for bank’s software (Banking applications) and installing software, support applications, working as a quality control team leader ,coordinator and tester, • Performed QA reviews & inspections• Test different types & sizes of projects.• Review and share in business requirements and design documents.• Preparing test plans and test strategy.• Insure the availability of test environment (responsible for following the setup for environment as hardware, software and communications required based or the projects requirement or for daily activities.• Insure the security compliance.• Lead the team for preparing the test scripts.• Running and leading the test.• Report the defects, issues and observations (handling and reviewing test log and define the severity of each test defect) either for development or business.• Review procedures and the required change and put comments if any.• Following the migrations rules for new software from development stage, integration to QC, UAT and then to production (SDLC)• Designing and implement presentations. • Preparing the daily & monthly status reports about no of PR’s and CR’s under testing including the resources and expectation for implementation to production.• Analyzing the PR’s raised from production to get the source of PR’s• Assigning work for different team members according to there experience.• Prepare and co-ordinate for applications training for the near future activity.• One of the main members of release meeting (as per change management process)• Member of (CRB) to discuses the CR’s raised and evaluate the benefits of it (financial or to facilitate work process).
