I also worked on providing training for Hamad Bin Khalifa University and the Islamic Scout in Lebanon about the Sustainable Development Goals.As a board member representing Mount Lebanon, I had the chance to represent the youth in the Municipal Empowerment and Resilience Project (MERP). Through this program, I participated in the discussion on how youth can be more involved in the projects that the municipalities in Mount Lebanon are planning.This position allowed me to work closely with the UNDP team in Lebanon and get to know more about the family culture at UNDP.
Web Developer
As a web-developer, I worked on the development of the Youth Leadership Programme Platform in Lebanon. This platform played the main role in the digital transformation of the program in Lebanon and eased the virtual implementation caused by Covid-19 pandemic. The platform hosted more than 600 participants in Lebanon, and contained social and e-learning features. To ensure the engagement of the participants, gamification methods were used, such as points gathering and badges.
