• Provide 3rd level support for operational day-to-days issues and communicate with vendors TAC or local teams whenever needed. • Work in a 24x7 operations environment and provide call-out support during none working hours and holidays,• perform configuration changes activities, software/hardware upgrades, migrations activities and ensure minimum impact,• Participate in the Design and optimization of failover scenarios on ITC Internet gateways, • support the deployment of new network elements & Participate in PoC activities • Provision and manipulate BGP configurations with international providers, regional peers, CDN providers and national peers on ITC Internet gateways. • Support & troubleshoot services for customers like IP-Transit, DIA and L3VPN,• Hands-on experience with MPLS, Traffic Engineering, BGP,VPN• Hands-on experience with Cisco CRS-1, 76XX , C3750, ME3400, 7301, 10K• Hands-on experience with Juniper routers (E320,M7i,M10,M20,M320, MX960,T640,T1600)• Evaluate the impact on services resulted from any planned activities,• Respond to inquiries from Pre-sales team and provide detailed solutions/workarounds • Update Ripe database records and Manage ITC public IP address assignments,• Proactively monitor the network, detect issues, escalate SPOF & propose solutions • Communicate with CITC and ensure complying with their requirements, • Hands on DNS, Name Servers• Hands on DPI products (Sandvine)

Working on two networks of STC (SaudiNet & IGW) and participate in the following :- Serve as the team's representative on leadership groups requiring Team Leader participation - Participate as a member of the team with instruction, reference, and collection management responsibilities , articulate and promote the team's work - Technical knowledge transfer & enhancement for NOC members - Provide level 2 support for NOC members- Configuration and troubleshooting of Juniper routers (E320,M7i,M10,M20,M320, MX960,T640,T1600)- Implementing IS-IS L1&L2 as IGP- Configuration and management of different BGP connections : IBGP , EBGP (customer , peering and transit) - Managing international traffic and maintaining maximum availability for international bandwidth- Configuration and testing of new international links with different Internet tier1 & tier 2 providers- Configuring links with different Internet Exchange points to improve IP performance and to lower IP Transit costs- Configuring VRRP to provide required redundancy and avoid single point of Failure- Apply firewall filters on both RE & transit traffic- Apply policing to different types of traffic- Apply sampling to export sampled traffic to Arbor PeakflowSP for statistical analysis- Configuring and managing customers and ISPs connections.- Proper IP address subnetting and allocation - Configuring and troubleshooting L2TP tunnels - Responding to outages, and working closely with other Network Sections and telecommunications providers to debug and diagnose network and circuit problems.- Working with different network tools (CICS , CACTI , Whatsup, Infovesta…)

- Higher level of Escalation for NOC members regarding technical problems- Technical knowledge transfer & enhancement for NOC members- Serve as the team's representative on leadership groups requiring Team Leader participation- Coordinate and submit team reports, such as annual reports and team plan.- Participate as a member of the team with instruction, reference, and collection management responsibilities , articulate and promote the team's work- Monitor and maintain the company internet access to ensure a minimal downtime of the internet access using Solarwinds , Whatsupgold , MRTG, and HP Openview software - responding to outages, and working closely with other Network Operations Centers and telecommunications providers to debug and diagnose network and circuit problems. - Local and Wide Area Network implementation and support - Cisco Routers and Switches support - Configuration of routers, switches and DSLAMs to ensure smooth running of the network and internet access.- Virtual Private Networking (VPN) installation and support - Routing Protocol configuration: OSPF, RIP, EIGRP and BGP - Voice over IP- Proper IP address subnetting and allocation - Troubleshooting Leased Line and ADSL connections- SNMP for information gathering and remote management of network devices - MultiCast Streaming Audio and Video Services- Quality Of Service (QOS)
