Mr. ElAraby has 29 years of MEP experience in mega professional registered projects such as; Hospitals, Public Building, High Raise and Hotel, Teaching Building.He has extensive experience in designing tasks which include the following• Design and supervision HVAC systems containing: Chilled water, DX systems, Smoking, ventilation System, Duct work according to ASHRAE Standard.• Design and supervision the FF system according to NFPA standard.• Design and supervision the Plumbing system as per international standards.• Design and coordinate all MEP systems for Projects as the above mentioned buildings such as; (Lefts – Laundry – Kitchen – Boiler – Medical GAS – Generator- Electrical Power-Low Current-Data center).• Mange and supervision the shop drawings and update work as per as built drawings. • Manage Projects for test and commissioning to Handover (TOC). Additionally Mr. El-Araby has extensive experience in Consultancy and Supervision responsibilities as per the following:• Ensure that requested materials were submitted as per approved manner to comply with site operation.• Review material submittals for approval.• Organize daily/weekly meetings with client and sub-contractor to coordinate and ensure compliance with project’s time schedule, site procedure, priorities and contract scope of work.• Check the required equipment to perform planned activities and implement/provide any alternative plan.• Check data, inventory and quality report in order to prepare the weekly report for work progress, sub-contractor efficiency and any equipment required to implement.• Ensure practicing all the safety and quality regulation on site.• Ensure adherence procedure between all participants in project.• Organize acquaintance meeting to create good communication environment between all project members.
