• Review documents received from various companies within PepsiCo group to ensure completeness in terms of approvals and adequacy of supporting.
• Process accounts payable invoices and employee’s expense reports after reviewing its adherence to the company established policies and procedures.
• Processing AP transactions on SAP (ERP) as per agreed timelines in SLA. (Service Level Agreements).
• Monthly analysis preparation for BS and P&L accounts regarding the AP Accounts.
• Preparing vendor reconciliations twice a year at least.
• Respond to vendors and employees payment inquiries.

Egypt

• Responsible for processing and handling PCE G&A invoices and advances payment associated with these invoices.
• Verifying the compliance of employee’s T&E claims with PepsiCo. T&E Policy which included reviewing the advance payment given to employees and settlement of these advances.
• Process all RFP for PCE Sales & Marketing Depts. Regarding exclusivity sales contracts and marketing invoices.
• Book all Tax consultancy and syndicates payment claims.
• Process intercompany credit notes and invoices that should be booked in PCE ledgers.
• Generate reports for A/P trade accounts, vendor advances and employee advances Participate in related A/P COSO test according to Sox.

Egypt

• Responsible for managing all Accounts Payable transactions such as (invoicing, close accounts payable system on a monthly basis, reconcile A/P account balances with both general ledger and vendors.
• Execute daily cash disbursement vouchers; perform daily cash count for safe box.
• Prepare withholding tax report “form 41” on quarterly basis, daily cash disbursement voucher).

Egypt

• Responsible for participating with manager in planning, Preparing and executing Tax inspection assignments that include (providing appropriate analysis and supporting documentation for such assignments.
• Follow-up tax disputes for companies subject to tax inspection, prepare income, sales and withholding taxes formal returns according to its appropriate tax laws.
• Prepare with manager final payroll declaration incused in income tax return.
• Issue final declaration for all dues and payment from tax authorities.
