Mechanical Maintenance Manager • Implement and develop the corrective maintenance procedures and activities efficiently in accordance with estimated budget and schedule.• Develops a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.• Supports Maintenance team and Location Manager in planning for equipment and maintenance resources and correcting existing discrepancies• Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.• Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.• Implement safety policies and procedures for the department Job requirements.• Supervise the maintenance team in the daily roles of reactive maintenance.• Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.• Uses RCM concepts to optimize work processes, adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents.• Keeps current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.• Ensure application of asset management and maintenance systems data and accurate, timely data entry and reporting job requirements.• Help and recommend solutions and analysis for senior management team to define the scope and budget of work.• Estimate the required resources, costs and schedule for the different maintenance activities.• Apply HSE codes as job requirements
