• Extensive experience in managing execution of technical projects• High level project management skills• Experience in product & equipment design and good product knowledge in Electro-mechanical equipment• The ability to read and interpret technical specifications and contract conditions• Experience in dealing with clients/customers• Effectively manage capital and minor works projects.• To ensure client satisfaction and quality standards are achieved on project delivery timelines.• Ensure effective contract management & contractor conformance with contract requirements.• Demonstrating strong leadership of the operations organization• Manage team leaders for Electric works, Mechanical works, Project Management and supporting roles.• Monitoring people development throughout the year• Planning of resource requirements to assure feasibility• Actively optimizing overall resource planning and utilization considering resources for each project• Actively managing the budget and tries to optimize all expenditures• Prioritizing long lead items in procurement• Managing operation’s resources in the execution of project duration to meet, or come in under the budget• Awareness of financial aspects of operations , Accurate resource budgeting, Revenue Forecasting & Cash Flow Management• Actively involved in change management• Enforcing TRIO supplier qualification process for all new and existing suppliers• Managing engineering / project capabilities to maximize performance payout and avoidance of penalties• Acting proactively to avoid/minimize risk
