Contracts Management

- Formulate Standard Ground Handling Agreements (SGHA) and fuel, catering, cargo and maintenance contracts according to business requirements and regularly develop clauses to be aligned with the overall business strategy;- Formulate Service Level Agreements (SLA) according to the business requirements, Airport capabilities and capacity, Internal stakeholders’ vision and develop and update the SLA regularly to be aligned with the SGHA;- Conduct meetings on regular basis with suppliers to review performance and compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and ensure corrective action if needed;- Organize and analyze RFx documentations by collaborating with the departments concerned to meet the deadline and offer the most economically advantageous tender;- Pre-qualify vendors, issue tenders, analyze proposals, lead negotiations, and develop contracts;- Ensure highest level of integrity and confidentiality of the procurement process and proper adherence to corporate procurement policies and procedures;- Supervise the procurement process, evaluate cost effectiveness, and provide support in negotiating subcontracts and sub-agreements based on Nile Air procurement policies, rules and regulations;- Provide mentoring for procurement staff on procurement procedures and guidance during the process as required;- Ensure that purchases are based on competitive bidding and enough responsive quotations/proposals;- Hold regular meetings with team members to review successes and failures and update management accordingly.

- Prepare sourcing strategy/plan (obtaining pricing information, negotiating and achieving target prices, providing recommendations for customer negotiations, performing risk analysis/mitigation)- Develop Commodity and Supplier strategies and guidelines.- Maintain sourcing continuous improvement programs. - Secure agreements with contractors during/after tendering phase.- Deliver the bottom-line savings as per the agreed KPI.- Manage and drive supplier performance toward operational excellence. - Pre-qualify vendors, Issue tenders, analyze proposals, lead negotiations, and develop contracts.- Ensure & manage suppliers’ compliance with Travco Group Code of Conduct, assessments and/or Audits.- Contracts Management.

- Collaborative negotiating with clients and targets to reach mutual agreement and win/win situation by setting optimal, ideal and minimum targets for negotiation - Conducting meetings on regular basis with the suppliers and clients to review performance and compliance with the agreed quality standards and ensure corrective action for any potential problems and to strengthen our partnership through travelling to their headquarters (countries visited: Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Cyprus, Switzerland, Malaysia, Austria, Germany, UK, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Singapore, Slovak, Jordan, St. Petersburg and Moscow)- Formulating Standard Ground Handling Agreements (SGHA), Catering, Maintenance, Hotels agreement covering allotment rates, children policy, early booking reductions, combination between early bird reduction and other gimmicks….etc.- Liaise and coordinate with other department to ensure that the correct prices are collected and paid.- Analyse contractual risks by partnering with the Quality Manager and other stakeholders, and monitoring the contract performance over time in order to have an early warning of identified and newly emerging risks - Analyse and review successes and failures through learning lessons with the team members. - Monitor, review and correct contract documentation up to date.- Organise and Analyse RFQ, RFP and RFI documentations by collaborating with the departments concerned to meet the deadline and offer the most economically advantageous tender.
