Customer: Aramco - Oil & GasProgram Portfolio : IP transport, IP routing, Fixed access networks & Wireless transmission.Total project Revenue is around 10 MEuro /YearRoles & Responsibilities:· Full responsibility to manage multi-customer complex projects.· Provide leadership on multiple high-revenue projects of high complexity - typically withEF&I responsibilities for numerous products/services, multiple locations and ownership ofother vendors.· Serve as principal interface between the customer, the project team and any internal/external partners participating in the project.· Review project/program financials for impact on schedule, variation and change control.· Develop the necessary project/program to deliver results as per customer need.· Resolve discrepancies to provide solutions or alternatives when issues arise.· Coordinate and manage the order fulfillment, tracking and order delivery.· Coordinate the service readiness for the internal functional groups.· Develop a complete understanding of the customer's business needs.· Manage resources allocation in order to ensure program/project/contract deliverables.· Coordinate master schedule that entails customer deliverable activities.· Manage weekly updates and communication progress internally and externally.· Assess the financial impact of the project through comparing forecasted numbers with actual figures.· Develop action plans to improve performance throughout the duration of theproject/program.· Apply advanced principles, theories and concepts to achieve objectives in creative andeffective ways.· Work independently toward predetermined long-range targets.

Customer : STCProject : 4G1 - Wireless transmission.Total project Revenue is around 11 MEuro over 3 YearsOverall responsibility for managing the project towards its goal in terms of scope, time, costs, and quality, includes monitoring and controlling project progress and deliveries, and focusing on the needs and priorities of the customer and project management team.Administrates plans, risk handling, resource issues and periodic reports to the project top management.Manages monitors and controls the supply of Hardware, Software and all services in accordance to contractual delivery terms and conditions.Prepares overall cost and income budgets for the project with the assistance from PMO.Prepares Risk Analysis and perform Risk Management.Manages and drives changes to scope, time and costs of the project.Continuously guard the opportunities of change management in order to get paid for deviations and change orders.Ensures all members of the Project Organization are fully aware of their duties and responsibilities.Ensures the documents necessary for the completion of the project are produced and archived according to ALU & Customer agreed process.Attend meetings with the customer as required.Regular contract/project review meetings with the Customer with Key Management participation.Ensure best practices are collected within the project, as lessons learned, for future process improvements.Resources/Cost dimensioning and forecasting according to contractual scope and target plan (PIP) for the Deployment activities/resources.Follow up the shipments inventory with the Warehouse referred to the ordered equipment and determining the missing material.Follow up with the customer to ensure the completion of work as per PIP and Providing weekly progress reports.Follow up the work progress with Rollout team (installation, commissioning and acceptance).Tracking Spare boards repair cycle and equipment movement through logistics and warehousing.

Customer: ZainProduct line: IP Transport & IP Routing – DWDM/OMSN/SDH/IPMPLS/WTResponsibilities and tasks:· Head of the Deployment Department in ZSNCP project – known as ZainMetro and longhaul network (DWDM/OMSN/SDH/MW equipment).· Preparing site documentation (delivery, Installation, tracking and acceptance).· Follow up the shipments inventory with the Warehouse referred to the contractand determining the missing material.· Scheduling the Project Implementation plan.(PIP)· Planning the work force structure required for the Implementation activities.· Follow up with the customer to ensure the completion of work and providingweekly progress reports.· Coordination with the Network design and engineering team for the designdocument.· Follow up the work progress on site and the Job done by theOptics/Transmission team (commissioning and acceptance) & theSubcontractor (installation)..· Handling the repair loop of the faulty boards by submission the FRDs and thenhanding with the logistics for its delivery.· Ensuring complete Warehouse control by providing Full arrangement,inventory and data base for all the materials and set-up a clear process for thedelivery orders.· Ensuring the completion of work as per the Project Implementation Plan.· Full access for Alcatel-Lucent tool regarding Resources request , PR creation,daily progress tool , Resources evaluation and other admin tools.

Customer : Vodafone QatarResponsibilities and tasks:Responsible of the implementation tasks for the SDH/PDH transmission part(MXC-MPR-AWY&OPTICS) of VODAFONE-QATAR TURN KEY project.

Customer : Telecom EgyptResponsibilities and tasks:Responsible of the implementation tasks for the transmission part of the Optics SDH and the Network Management system (NMS) activities.

Customer: Vodafone EgyptResponsibilities and tasks:Responsible for all the installation, testing and commissioning of SDH-MW and Optics equipment.Providing technical support to the team.Handling the operation for the local staff.Follow up and supervise the Subcontractors for the installation of the transmission equipment.

Customer : AktelResponsibilities and tasks:· Team leader for the implementation team dedicated of the OPTIMIZATIONPROJECT for the PDH and SDH equipment for Alcatel, Stratex, Ericsson andSiemens equipments.· Team leader of the implementation of 124 PDH radio links - 9400 AWY.
