Service of consultancy for door hardware- Get the project to specify the items of door hardware required for the door hardware sets.-Get project specs and prepare compliance sheet for products. - Prepare and establish the data sheets required for door hardware sets with its certifications required.-Prepare the submittals for door hardware and send to sales team-Help sales team for approvals from consultants and the owner.- Experience in establishing and direct all quality , environmental and health management systems ISO 9001/2015 & ISO 14001/2015 and ISO 45001/2018.- Experience in all activities of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.- Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Strategy Management,Total Quality Management (TQM), CE Mark, Process Review, Statistical Process Control (SPC), 5S, Risk Management and Risk Assessment, Contract Administration Services, Quality Plans, Sampling Plans, Quality Auditing, Continuous Improvement, KAIZEN Events.- An instructor and trainer for:-ISO Management systems ( ISO 9001, ISO 14001 , ISO 45001, lnternal Audits for ( Quality,Environment and Health ) Management Systems ,Fire Fighting and Emergency Plans, Quality Cost, 5S , Lean Manufacture , 6 Sigma, Strategy Management , Risk Management, Statistical Process Control ( SPC ), SWOT Analysis, Sampling Plan.- Certified expert acc. to ISO 27021 from TUV for ISO 9001/2015 , ISO 14001 / 2015 and OHSAS 18001/2007.- Certified lead auditor from IRCA for ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001/2015 and ISO 45001/2018

1-Understand the strategy, policy and objectives of the company and how to achieve them. 2- Establish, direct and maintain all activities of the Quality management system&Environmental management system and Occupational Health and Safety management system acc.to ISO 9001/2015 & ISO 14001/2015 and ISO 45001/2018 and report to the top management in cases of non conformity.3- Make sure that the quality objectives are achieved and follow up its KPIs monthly, quarterly and annually. 4- Lead the internal auditors team.5- Evaluate quality team performance against their Job requirement and define training needs to upgrade their skills according to skill matrix. 6- Follow up the quality of the processes and the quality of final products.7- Establish the quality control plans for all products. 8- Determine the necessary tools and measuring devices to achieve the tasks required. 9- Direct all activities of the calibration plan and calibrate the measuring devices. 10- Make sure that tests procedures are carrying out properly and compliance with standards and its results are well documented.11- Prepare all technical and management systems reports and rise to the top management. 12- Make audits for suppliers to asses them and interact with them to improve their performance and to be sure of their supply conformity. ( Supplier Quality Development ).13- Direct all activities of quality control and quality assurance . 14- Apply strategy management. 15- Apply lean manufacture approach. 16- Apply six sigma method.17- CE Mark Experience. 18- Experience in establishing and directing quality labs acc. to EN Standards19- Experience in establishing product catalogs. 20- A certified trainer for all courses of QMS&EMS and OH&S MS like ( risk assessment and risk management,emergency plan,fire fighting,calibration of measurement devices,quality cost,sampling plans acc. to ISO 2859, Awareness and internal auditing for ISO 9001/2015 , ISO 14001/2015 and ISO 45001/2018 ).
