Project:
Cairo Monorail Project, West of Nile
The mega project that links Cairo Metro Line 3 Project with October City. It is approximately 43 km length of guideway beams, special long span bridges, 13 overground stations and depot with total cost about 1,300,000,000 Euro.

Tasks & Duties:
1) Zone Manager
• Supervision on 5 elevated stations, 20 km length viaduct with 2 long span bridges starting from construction, finishing till operation and handover.
• Site Management, coordination with other engineering disciplines with different contractors and solving conflicts.
• Organizing and running periodic meetings and site visits with contractors and consultants.
• Team leadership of a group of junior engineers.
• Interface and communication with other authorities and utilities.

2) Project Control Engineer
• Administrating the project Contract (EPC FIDIC), issuing the required letters and correspondences and controlling variations, EOTs and claims.
• Following up the project schedule, critical path and progress monitoring.
• Reviewing and surveying the contractor's quantities.
• Reviewing the contractor's invoices and issuing certificates.

# Projects:

1) International Shooting Club, The New Administrative Capital
The big project of “International Shooting Club” next to Al-Sokhna Road.

- Tasks:
Executing of electronic gun shooting ranges that contains 6 ordinary buildings with total area about 7500 m3.

2) The Regional Ring Road
A part of the mega project of "The Regional Ring Road" - North Western Arc from Banha to Al-Sadat.

- Tasks:
Executing of two bridges with precast prestressed beams and retaining walls of length 300m with total cost about 50,000,000 EGP till operation.

- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execution all civil works (piles, raft foundations, retaining walls, piers, pier caps, precast prestressed and non-prestressed beams, slabs), and finishing works.
- Setting out project works in accordance with drawings and specification.
- Preparing shop drawings and surveying quantities for all works.
- Demand and Following the supplying of materials to the site.
- Coordinate with the main contractor and the other subcontractors.
- Making and submitting invoice for my scope with the main contractor.
- Preparing daily progress reports.
