1. Establish, lead and implement procurement and logistics policies and procedures to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget, quantity and time constraints.2. Manage Logistics team comprised of procurement, shipping and handling, clearance, warehousing and delivery.3. Responsibilities:1. Manage the field service engineers who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. 2. Develop and deliver in-house training for the engineers regarding the service procedures and the company's policies and procedures.3. Handle service contracts and directs support services. 4. Develop methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. 5. Ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing engineering and other teams as needed.6. Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.7. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.8. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures and adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.9. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.10. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.).11. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
