• Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives. • Developing and maximizing third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies. • Responsible for digital strategy • Delivering an events program, to ensure that brand presence is maximized and strategic objectives are met. • Work closely with the MM and assist in supervising the marketing team. • Work closely with the SM and assist in supervising the sales team. • To manage specific aspects of the business development communications plans. • To project manage the production of all new business development online and offline marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, adverts, website, e-newsletters and special projects. • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate • To work with the MM to produce innovative and cost effective for the new business development promotions. • Design, build and maintain our social media presence • To manage the effective implementation of multi-channel online and offline integrated global marketing campaigns for the new business development areas. • To manage overall and project budgets for the new business development areas, purchase orders and invoicing on a day to day basis. Including monitoring and reporting. • Measure and report performance of all digital/traditional marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets. • Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, sales, advertising and promotional activities of the organisation. • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
