I owe all the talents I have today to my interest in art, aesthetics, quality of content, writing, reading and research. As an autodidactic, my passion for learning has never decreased throughout my life.I got to know history, art, photography, architecture and painting during the years I was studying restoration. I learned the value of restoring a historical artifact and bringing it into society. I had the chance to apply what I learned in the excavation and restoration works carried out with the Italian Excavation Committee within the scope of The Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Directorate of National Palaces, Dolmabahçe Palace and Hierapolis Ancient City.During the years I worked as a professional, I have been interested in the stories of different cultures and made research. At the point of providing the sustainability of success by using the power and effect of stories; I developed Piano Storytelling in Business© Model, which is integrated to corporate strategy and priorities, structured with the most up-to-date contents and industry-specific practices.Since 2007, I have been continuing my consultancy and training programs for leading companies in their field under the roof of Onda Consultancy as a founding partner. I am delivering the conference contents I designed and presented by enriching them with the latest trends, current and best practices in the world, and I am extremely proud of making implementations that make a difference in my field.The subjects that I mostly focus on are corporate culture and values, design-oriented thinking, leadership development, storytelling in business and effects of stories on personal and performance management. I have shared my research and my original solutions in the conferences as a speaker, as well as in my columns in Sabah İşte İnsan, Habertürk HT Hayat and Gazete Vatan for long years.My goal is to offer deep expertise and knowledge to young talents in companies, successful employees of future, teachers and students, to share holistic methodologies that will accelerate efficiency by aiming at reflecting design-oriented thoughts to sustainable success.
