Evaluates electrical/project Design before and after implementation.Assist Project Engineer and Field Service Engineer during execution of the project/installation.Oversight safety procedures for UPS/Electrical Installation.

• Supervise and support the technical staff on UPS diagnostics, repair and maintenance.• Manages the deployment of technical personnel.• Oversee the Quality Control of serviced units by the technical staff.• In-charge/responsible for all the technical inquiries of clients about UPS.• Directly coordinates with the IT & Engineering departments of clients.• Conducts basic training on the proper operation of UPS units to clients.• Sources out suppliers for UPS parts and batteries.

• Supervise the in-house and field technical staff.• Coordinates the schedules with the clients for technical services.• Manages the deployment of technical personnel.• Responsible for the Quality Control of serviced units.• Conduct test and measurement for incoming and outgoing equipment to ensure the proper functioning of units.• Support the technical staff for repair and installation.• Documents and gathers all Service Reports.

• Technical Head for Cebu Office (August 2007 – October 2008).• Oversee deployment of technical staff.• Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing UPS.• Configures APC PDU, Triple Chassis and Webcard.• Conducts phone technical support and walk-in clients. • Conducts preventive maintenance for UPS units under contract.• Monitors the inventory of RMA, battery, and parts.
