• Responsibility for the company’s supply chain function including Strategy Sourcing , Purchasing Execution, logistics warehousing and transportation synchronization, identifying opportunities for improvements and delivering them successfully, whilst supporting the ongoing business operations; Ensure OTD to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.• Suppliers Management - Strategic Sourcing & Evaluation Suppliers Performance. Including Strategic, Bottleneck, Leverage & Common parts Suppliers Strategy Policies and QCDTES (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology, Environment, Services) Evaluation System to monitor supplier performance.• Cost Management – Competitive purchasing prices and enlarge PPV savings.• Contract Management - Responsible for the Execution function, maintaining an independent ‘contract control’ function which safeguards the company’s risks in the areas of contract control.• Inventory Management - Ensure high ITO to improve cash flow & EBITDA.• Procedure/Process Management - Monitor, control, and perform review on processes to ensure compliance of corporate policies, procedures, performance standards, and process flow.• People Management - Select, train, develop and motivate direct reports as well as monitor performance in order to achieve functional and departmental objectives within company strategy and guidelines.• Supply Chain Training & Help Employees structured career development path, built up department Successor Plan & Retain Talents.

Responsible for identifying opportunities for achieving cost savings and efficiency whilst also mitigating operational and commercial risk; Minimize TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).Manage senior stakeholders and demonstrate the benefits of implementing lean practices in to their operational business units;• Responsibility for the company’s supply chain function including Sourcing from Ingots, Wafer, Cell & Modules Strategy Sourcing , procurement, logistics warehousing and transport, identifying opportunities for improvements and delivering them successfully, whilst supporting the ongoing business operations; Ensure OTD to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.Strategic Sourcing & Evaluation Suppliers Performance. Developed the dept performance criteria, evaluated execution effectiveness, and supervised the progress.Accumulate experiences in supply chain and forecast managing. Create 6-month MPS plan, clear to build analysis and shipment plans.Monitor and manage inventory levels. Continue to improve the inventory turns and cash cycle, reduce obsolescence and non-performing materialsDevelop healthy supplier relationship. Continuous improve delivery, quality, price, T&C, innovations and service support. Increased the flexibilities and value added for higher customer satisfaction.

Electronic parts buyer (PCB, Module, diode, capacitor, terminals, laser parts, switch, cord set, lead wire etc.)Handling strategy electronic suppliers (Tyco Electronics, Volex, Emerson etc.) PO management and inventory control. Good communication with Engineering, production line and coordination with QA, warehouse & other depts.

Logistics execution including Import & Export Customs clearanceBonded materials and handbook management.Commodity Inspection affairs with CCIQ COO and Fumigation certificate application
