Oversee daily operations, including production safety, equipment and process management, cost control, new product trail run, etc. Realized the delivery of the company's surgical robots and medical imaging products from research and development to mass production. Ensure all production activities are completed in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements, support relevant product registration submission and quality system audit.- Responsible for developing and implementing the company's supply chain strategy, including planning, purchasing, inventory management and material transportation, to ensure stable supply and cost control. It has realized the construction of supplier management system, and promoted the construction of supply chain data analysis capabilities and digital systems. - Responsible for the company Services team , oversees the comprehensive coordination of the Services team, improve the after-sales service system according to the company's services strategy and planning, continuously explore service models, and ensure efficient business operations.-Responsible for the company Regulatory Affairs team,established and maintained the relevant registration authorities and expert resources, and completed three NMPA Class III and two NMPA Class II product registration certificates. - Recruit and develop talent to provide management and guidance to maintain high performing teams and achieve the company's overall business objectives.

- Lead a cross-functional team of project leaders/respective project teams to deliver a series of large/complex China localization projects (Ultrasound and Life Care Solution Products) by developing localization strategy, setting goals, and identifying action plans to drive localization program execution and business growth.- Provide leadership, planning and technical support for the introduction of processes for new product development and existing manufacturing. Implement efforts to improve product and process quality and interface with global counter-parts to achieve program goals and integrate global activities.

Responsible for working cross functionally with manufacturing program leaders and business functions to ensure program success by minimizing risks and driving execution to plan of the many MR manufacturing transfers. Also play an influential role in shaping the future of the MR supply chain to improve supply chain agility and grow MR margins. (12months in USA/6months in China)

Take lead on opportunity identification, solution proposal and deployment at GE Healthcare supplier sites to improve on-time delivery and inventory turns performance.

Take lead for Wuxi Ultrasound Console operation management overseeing productivity improvement, customer order fulfillment, NPI/transfer programs, EHS and Lean etc. Deliver -10% Productivity on CCP and MOH target; Improve inventory turns to 25; Build up and accelerate the Brilliant Factory effort on a lean foundation and establish internal order - materials - production planning Digital platform. Achieve Wuxi Console Operation Area selected as Jiangsu Brilliant Factory Model.

Provide overall Lean leadership and simplification to specific value streams, Work with the operating leaders to develop strategic productivity deployment planning as well as specific goals and priorities that drive lean principles and concept across the business
