Hao Lu received a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Xidian University, Xi'an, China in 2022. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Xidian University, China. He has been engaged in the research of GaN-based microwave/millimeter wave electronic devices and key technologies of heterostructure integration for 8 years. He has hands-on experience in the designing, fabrication, and characterization of RF/mmWave GaN HEMTs. He has published over 30 technical papers in IEDM, IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, APL, and 22 Chinese filed/pending patents. He has made several presentations at international conferences at IEDM, IEEE WiPDA, IEEE ICTA, IWN, APWS, etc. His specific research interests include the advanced fabrication, characterization, and integration of wide band-gap semiconductor electronic devices.Personal website: https://faculty.xidian.edu.cn/LH23/en/index.htm
