1.Responsible for the daily work about large vacuum furnaces, including: mechanical maintenance and process improvement.2.Make and write some SOPs (SOP: Standard Operation Procedure) and official ISO 9000 documents about of some relevant equipments and instruments.3.Harmonize the cooperation relationship between external service companies and internal.

1.Do some basic training about English and statistics.2.Assist the project engineers in some relevant projects, including: experimental design, data collection & analysis and process control.3.Support for some customers, including: external purchasers and internal factories.
