1. Playing a key role at corporate communications team on communication strategy, message development, budget planning and agency management.2. Fully responsible for the media relations management in China, including building up and maintaining the relationship with nationwide media, exploring the new communication format and platform, handling Chinese and international media inquiries mainly on VCAP business, pitching media interview on daily basis.3. Mainly drive the media communication on product level or network relevant event in 2016 and 2017 Q1, including media invitation strategy, executive interview arrangement, integrated media communication plan and provide support to dealer from communication perspective.4. Supporting on resolving media crisis in a timely and effective manor, securing minimum negative media publicity and low-crisis-happening on main stream media; taking the lead of handling big media crisis, e.g. 2017 315 CCTV crisis

1. PR Project Management: Had been as project leader to steer the budget &final account, communication strategy, media strategy, press release, executive speech or PPT preparation, executive briefing, interview arrangement, logistic, work allocation and media coverage follow-up etc. for the FAW-VW Audi media test drive event, new product launch, auto show etc. 2. Product Communication: Participated in brainstorming and formulation of annual communication plan for the FAW-VW Audi whole line product or specific models, including but not limited to, activity creation, communication strategy, movie & television sponsorship, media co-op etc.3. Media Relationship: Got familiar with the report characteristic and team structure of mainstream media in 1-st and 2-nd tier cities, kept long-term stable relations with KOL, chief editors and core reporters of business media, metropolis media, auto & lifestyle magazines and websites. Besides, in the middle of 2013, starting sorting out the new media & we media resource, achieved good new media coverage through event invitation and press fleet test drive. 4. Press Fleet Management: Fully responsible for FAW-VW Audi press fleet yearly plan & communication strategy, team management, client and third parties negotiation and media communication etc.5. Crisis Management: Expanded media” green channel” for AW-VW Audi which help set up customer complains processing mechanism and avoid complaints upgrading. Participated in the formulation of CCTV 315 crisis emergency response strategy.6. Coordinating with dealer PR: Composed FAW-VW Audi dealer PR guidance book, and supported on dealer PR training.7. FAW- VW Audi Executive PR training：Cooperated with Brandchance management team to implement the PR training for Mr. Michael Renz, the new President of FAW-VW Audi, including the introduction of public environment in China、situation and characteristics of Chinese media and the tactics to deal with media etc.
