    To harness the targeted genetic and epigenetic editing, iPSC, in vitro neuronal differentiation technologies and a mouse/human chimeric platform to model various neurological disorders, including neurodevelopmental disorders such as Rett syndrome and neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease. Specifically, I'm interested in establishing a human/mouse chimeric platform by in utero or postnatal manipulation of the genetically tractable mouse and studying the cellular and physiological phenotypes of human cells in vivo.
