Project One: Soco Dashboard - Managing Unstructured Data• Developed and maintained dashboards in React.js and Express.js for annotating data, training NLP models, using models to analyze unstructured data, and supporting a Google-level smart search• Developed the online showcase of SOCO.AI’s cutting-edge solutions in text analysis and intelligent AI search• Managed the CRUD of the data via several tools, like MongoDB, AWS S3, MinIO, etc.• Worked on the deployment of the web application (like Soco Dashboard) on different services, such as Heroku, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.Project Two: Soco Shopify Chatbot• Completed the HTML-and-jQuery version of the online shopping guide chatbot and configured it by webpack and Babel for convenient online deployment• Developed a dashboard with React.js for managing the question and answer data of the chatbot products and tracking user interactions

During more than three months, I mainly worked on our first pilot project - PGHBot. PGHBot, or Pittsburgh Tour Guide Chatbot, is the easiest way to discover Pittsburgh. Using ConvMind’s (Now we are called SOCO.AI) domain agnostic platform, Pittsburgh tourism can reach anyone through SMS or Messenger and learn about their preferences and suggest places, just like your friend from Pittsburgh would.My specific jobs are as follows:• Created tools in Python to parse the hierarchy of product collections for PGHBot and managed the product data in MongoDB• Developed the PGHBot website with React.js• Built up the server end of PGHBot on Messenger in Node.js

• Built the backend database of a career services platform online using Ruby in order to strengthen the connections between highly-qualified students and overseas companies
