As a Writing Group Facilitator under the Student Success Group (part of QUT’s Learning and Teaching Unit), I am responsible for helping undergraduate students develop a clear understanding of academic writing; listening to students' needs and working together with colleagues to identify potential improvement that students could make on academic writing;directing student attendees to professional service;developing learining resources regarding writing for undergraduates in QUT.

Working closely with team leaders and other colleagues both face to face and online to provide help for QUT students with their resume, cover letter, selection criteria, etc.Attending peer leadership training workshops

As an IELTS trainer in the Study Abroad Centre of Shenzhen University, I was responsible for teaching IELTS reading and writing, designing teaching materials, providing one-on-one private tutorial as well as training in small- and large-size classes.
