Participated in the Hongdao Railway Station project which is around 70,000 m2- Monitor daily progress to make sure the milestone date was met- Coordinate and organise construction personnel and machine- Inspect and record steel members that entry the site - Complete the handover procedure with other construction departments - Attend tendering process, including write up technical tendering document, request for quotation etc.- Using AutoCAD and TEKLA draw the structural frame.

Exposure to different projects, check the Bill of Quantities that supplied by contractor by doing take-off of all civil works, such as Growler Facility Phase 2 project in Amberley. Preparing tendering documents, including edit tendering break-down Excel spreadsheets and contact different subcontractors for quotations of each specific task. Monitor labourer's hours and trucks running hors on site to assist project manager control the budget . Learned how to make Project Management Plan and Risk Management Plan which would be utilised for 443 Queen St demolition project.
