Delivered 48 A/B experiments this year so far. * Initiated and built Logged Out User Experience end-to-end , this allows users to browse Wish without having to signin/signup and drives +3M logged out user sessions per day. Leveraged Cron job and SQS to optimize cost for logged out users. Improved the transaction revenue by 6.4%, GMV by 3.1% and # of orders by 3.7%. Designed and launched 4 iterations of guest checkout flows, which allowed new & existing users to make guest purchases, order lookup and conversion. * Led technical design and launched multiple verification flows for new & existing users for 61 countries on all Wish surfaces. Around 68% of new users successfully verified. Significantly reduced suspected fraud refund GMV per user by 41.31%. * Identified OAuth2.0 service secrets on Python Tornado Web Server.
