 Quantitative data processing skills: handled coding and data cleaning; conducted regression analysis, mediation and moderation effect testing, confirmatory factor analysis, cross-factor analysis, structured equation modelling, etc (through Mplus and SPSS). Academic journal filtering: screen academic journals and filter meaningful articles based on certain criteria. In total screened over 800 academic papers.

 Desk research: conducted extensive desk research on the potential growth of industrial processing capacity of certain food categories in China. Further researched on PESTEL environment for food processing industry in China. Writing skills: independently completed a 5000-word research report and got approval from my manager.

 Communication skills: liaised with business partners and provided customer services. Entrepreneurial strategy formulation: determined the product mix, pricing strategy and promotion strategy with another co-founder. Digital marketing: wrote over 40 articles in a mainstream social media platform and obtained over 600 subscribers in 3 months. This project achieved over 180 thousand RMB revenue in the first year and won the third prize in the venture competition organized by my university.

 Research and analytical skills: thoroughly investigated the PESTEL environment and commercial feasibility of “soy village” business through desk research. Independent working and creative thinking: independently designed an environmentally sustainable business model for the soy village project. All works were integrated into a 80-page long PowerPoint file.

 Marketing strategy: designed the propaganda plan, decoration plan and promotion strategy for the opening ceremony of a new shopping mall. Teamworking: successfully designed a planning case for a characteristic town with four teammates. Managerial business capabilities: conducted business environment analysis, business model design and feasibility analysis, managerial strategy planning, and profitability estimation.
