• Train and supervise a team of junior accountants throughout three offices in Canada, Malaysia and the United States.
• Spearheaded cost-efficiency practices by analyzing manual IT files and converting them to an automated process; saved approximately 25 man-hours per month by building VBA macros to improve daily and monthly tasks.

• Collaborated with internal partners to launch a GIS product called the eStormMapper©; developed an app to monitor severe weather conditions and cleanup processes/ progressions in the Northern U.S.
• Analyzed data pertaining to client demographics, existing strategies and potential counties into a master contact list of 300+ contacts ranging from Public Works directors and county mayors.
