PPW file provides key information regarding Customer Information (MS Access, Excel). Implemented Updated Customer Retention Index, actively monitor the process and data accuracy (SFDC, Qlik). Cross Functional Lead with Integration Updates between Business and IT groups. Resolved Qlik SFDC integration issue with IT and business partners. Trained others on solution.
