- Plan, manage the development and execution of social marketing programs and optimize conversion rate from social channels- Drive content marketing initiatives such as content planning (weekly & monthly calendar), development and optimization across different online social media channels & other digital touch-points - Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled social posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages - Produce and execute all email marketing campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.

- Manage and curate content for social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and our website to enhance brand visibility and engagement.- Develop creative and compelling social media campaigns to promote our products/services and drive traffic to our online platforms.- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and actively engage with our audience to build meaningful connections.- Assist in the planning and execution of monthy events, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of memorable experiences.

- Support the social media team in developing strategies for social channel to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts in community groups- Create daily content to engage with followers on Tiktok and other platforms such as fanpage, facebook group, website- Regular check the performance tracking and reporting to ensure constant improvement of demand initiatives
