I've worked in multiple roles in healthcare operations for the last 18 years. I have experience in healthcare consulting, customer success, care delivery, project management and business transformation. I’ve been lucky to explore many corners of the healthcare world from tiny startups to massive corporations and what I like to call healthcare adjacent roles doing program management work for the Disability and Leave Services organization within Amazon. I’ve seen the industry from multiple angles, all of which have taught me lessons on how to become more adaptable and dynamic. I have extensive experience across 5 start ups (2 successful, 1 failed, 1 stalled, 1 in process) leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior executives and driving strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
