Operation supervisor in 280MLD STP,UF, RO,WTP,Desalination plant,Pumping Station

Sewage water treatment plant:- Inlet system, Advance SBR(ICEAS), Sequencing batch reactors (SBR),A2O process, ASP, clarifier, Ultra filtration, UV treatment, Chlorination system, storage , SCADA, pumping system, odor control plant, TTP , Thickening & Dewatering,ETP.Responsibilities:Regularly check what is the process status of the whole plant.Coordinate with SCADA operator during the shift for status of plant.Coordinate with maintenance team to sort the abnormalities.Responsibility for day to day maintenance and site inspection. Monitor the status of the equipment, monitor the flow regulation.Coordinate with operator on site for manual operation and plant situation follow-up.Informing the SIC for any abnormalities and reporting in logbook.Report to duty SIC if any changes or failure at the location.Report to the Operations manager or Technical Dicector through SIC any changes or failure at the plant.Chemical delivery and safety offloading the chemicals in storage tanks.Monitor and conduct the chemical transfer permit, consumption during CEB in UF , dosing in INLET,TTP,TSE,UF.Regular basis checking of PH of effluent inlet water and maintaining it in to the neutral.Regular checking TOTAL SUSPENDEND SOLID(TSS).Maintaining Biological oxygen demand(BOD),Chemical oxygen demand(COD) and Dissolved oxygen(DO).Maintaining the sludge settling test.

Collecting the inlet water, equalization tank water, aeration water and final water send to laboratory for analysis.Maintain records of all operation activity, filling the appropriate log sheet. Write the routine and non routine action and incident on log book.Inquiring the lab reports after sampling to be insure efficient smooth plant operation.Test quality of soft water and treated water for its designed TDS ,OF level and PH value.Record parameters in the log sheet.
