Reveal project when allocated, Identify and source for specific experts around Europe on Linkedin to participate in special projects, follow up on them and convince them to signup for these projects revealing the benefits attached.

• Post job vacancies on LinkedIn, Indeed and other social media platforms.• Screen CVs from candidates from Zambia.• Send acceptance and rejection mails to candidates via webmail.• Update candidate records on Trello and Sheets.• Schedule interviews for candidates.• Send interview links via Zoom, Google meet, Microsoft teams.• Send reminder mails to candidates concerning interviews.• Conduct interviews online.• Attend team huddles on Microsoft teams to discuss blockers between team mates.• Update daily tasks on Clickup.• Creation of Trello cards for shortlisted Candidates• Participate in Agile Peoples Framework.• Continued communication with candidates upon onboarding.
