I closely monitored student behavior and performance, creating detailed reports to track progress.Transitioning to the role of an ESL Instructor and Manager at an online ESL company, I took on responsibilities such as project coordination, lesson preparation, teacher screening, and conducting online classes. This experience honed my project management skills and enhanced my ability to lead teams effectively in dynamic online environments.As an Academic Coordinator at Iligan Medical Center College, I played a pivotal role in implementing college policies, planning curricular innovations, and monitoring the effectiveness of instruction. I actively participated in the On-the-Job Training Program, ensuring students' proper placement and evaluating their performance with prospective employers. Additionally, I collaborated with the Dean to formulate research initiatives aimed at improving instructional practices.In my current role as a Head Teacher at CG Global Academy, I oversee and manage all aspects of the academic program to ensure alignment with curriculum goals and objectives.
