As the Director of Instructional Design, I supervise a team of multiple remote developers, instructional designers, course developers, video editors, and narrators in orchestrating the design and development of more than 100 custom training programs using Articulate Storyline for staff within the behavioral health, financial, medical support, correctional, and IT industries. Significant accomplishments include:• Completed the delivery of more than 40 online courses in 2016, along with the development of a Learning Management System using Moodle for Utah Legal Services. • Introduced a shopping cart to allow for a more convenient experience for business clients in ordering instructional design and development services online.• Led the conversion of a training library from Flash into HTML 5 using Storyline, as well as the development of various content using Agile and ADDIE.

As an Instructional Designer, I was responsible for all aspects of development for end-to-end curriculum programs using instructional design process-based methodology. Significant accomplishments include: • Streamlined development processes and introduced best practices, methods, new world class developments, and techniques which enhanced the quality of output in the performance improvement field.• Commended for excellent work in guiding the development of template builds.• Developed excellence in facilitating advanced instructional design for complex courseware development.

As the Training and Development Specialist at CNSI, I was responsible for executing training plans as well as contract requirements. Was assigned additional responsibilities including:• Designated LMS Administrator (Moodle)• Submitting accurate Change Requests for State of Utah Approval• Train the Trainer workshops, Facilitation Guides and User Manuals• PMP online certification hours completed.

As an Instructional Designer, I participated in the design, development, and narration of over a hundred online accredited continuing education courses for behavioral health industries and audiences. In addition, I also analyzed content in aid of formulating course Learning Objectives and Assessments, and performed troubleshooting of various course issues. Significant accomplishments include:• Acquired comprehensive knowledge and experience with different groups of content areas such as soft skills, product training, policy procedures, and technical support.• Standardized the template design and asset library within a new e-learning initiatives system.• Addressed various technical issues using SCORM Cloud, and developed a wide range of courses in both Lectora and Articulate tools in collaboration with SMEs.
