JOB DESCRIPTION:▫️Handling of all Administrative work▫️Handling HR duties: Employee's Rentention, Productivity, Compliance & Employee's Inquiries.▫️Client Servicing▫️Managing the Diary and Travel arrangements of the Managing Director▫️Company Representative in JAFZA (Handles New Visa Processing, License Renewal and other JAFZA related transactions)▫️Representing the company on all Exhibitions related to Machine tools across UAE ▫️Accessing E-mails and calendars of the company▫️Arranging of Meeting Rooms Diaries▫️Managing the Inquiries from Customers

▫️Prepares all correspondence for Pre and Post Contract Agreement▫️Prepares the Request for Proposal documents▫️Managing the Diary and Travel arrangements for the Commercial General Manager ▫️Prepares necessary Certificate of Payments for Consultant and Contractors ▫️Make a compilation of all documents and invoices received▫️Arrange the meeting room diaries▫️In charge of the incoming and outgoing calls of the department▫️Make the arrangements of all department appointments
