My key responsibilities include:• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Created detailed 3D models using SketchUp and produced high-quality visualizations with Lumion, enhancing project presentations and client understanding.• Project Analysis: Conducted comprehensive hydraulic analyses to support project planning.• Marketing & Promotion: Utilized Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to assist the marketing team in crafting visually appealing promotional materials.• Structural Design: Contributed to the construction phase by using Tekla Structures for accurate modeling and coordination of project components.

• Be able to preparing project document and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.• Participate in evaluating productivity levels for specific jobs to ensuring it meet agreed timescales.• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly and meet agreed specification.• Preparing and managing site reports to keep a detailed records that can be referred back to for the improvement of future projects, better insight into current projects and overall project management.• Calculate the volume of work that will be/has been done on the site.
